Manipal ProLearn’s School for Jobs is a unique initiative that helps companies hire pre-trained graduates based on their requirements. Under this program, Manipal ProLearn sources candidates from universities across India who are interviewed and shortlisted by the hiring company to undergo training. Manipal ProLearn then trains them as per the company approved training curriculum for 40-90 days. On completion of the training, the candidates who qualify the company’s assessment are given the employment offer. They can be deployed on live projects by the company from Day 1, thus saving training time and costs.
